The location here is fantastic with all the main shops and a supermarket within walking distance, making it a great spot to stay.

Janelle and Selby, the proprietors of this property were far and away the best landlords we encountered in our 26 day trip. They are so warm and welcoming, even providing muffins warm from the oven on our first day and to take away with us when we left! We only stayed two nights but felt we had left friends when we moved on to our next destination. Make sure you acquaint yourself with paws the cat - a little cracker!

The room is well priced. There is a patio, a large wardrobe, and a writing table - that's always a plus. - It has a beautiful, perfect setting, just next door to the main shops, restaurants, and views.

The venue had a great location near the Trout Observatory, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, providing useful travel advice.

We love the hotel very much. The hotel is very clean and cozy. We wish to stay again when we are at Te Anau. We will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. This is the favorite hotel when we traveled in New Zealand. Hotel's host is very friendly and helpful. We like them very much.

There was a nice welcome with a fresh baked muffin

This was not up to the usual standered of Bella Vista, the room was cold the heater didnt work very well, no soap or soap rack in the wet- floor shower, had to leave soap and shampoo on floor. The management have just taken over and are going to fix things.

I thoroughly enjoyed the soundproofing and the safe box in the room. the kitchenette area was convenient and useful. - the view of the mountains and gardens from the window was lovely. - the location was particularly good, just off the lake and the town centre. - Te Anau is a good starting point for the Kepler Track.

Motel in centre of township which was great. Very clean great service and nice friendly owners. Would stay again.

We stayed in Mid-March to visit Milford Sound. Unfortunately we were cold at night and the heater did not bring the room temperature up to a level of comfort. We would have hoped that the front desk would have been friendlier.

The location is excellent, within close proximity to Fiordland Jet, shops, the lake, and restaurants.
